Mass Postings - Climbing Instructor

As a Climbing Instructor, you'll create a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for climbers of all levels. You’ll deliver private and/or group instruction, help members and guests reach their goals, and contribute to the CRG community. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging private sessions, coordinating class schedules with gym management, managing private session bookings via Rock Gym Pro, partnering with management to promote offerings on CRG’s website, social media, and in-gym outreach, fostering an inclusive and safety-focused atmosphere, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requirements include flexible availability (evenings/weekends), 3+ years of climbing experience with teaching/coaching, strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of modern climbing instruction methods, ability to work independently, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred but not required.
