Mass Postings - Climbing Instructor

As a Climbing Instructor, you’ll provide private and/or group climbing instruction for climbers of all levels, tailoring sessions to participants’ goals and abilities. You’ll manage private session bookings through Rock Gym Pro, coordinate class schedules with gym management, and promote CRG offerings via the website, social media, and in-gym outreach while actively building participation. Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and community-focused atmosphere; ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment before and after each class; and perform additional duties as assigned. Must have flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Requires 3+ years of climbing experience with teaching/coaching, strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, knowledge of modern climbing instruction methods, and the ability to work independently. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.
