Job Summary
Climbing Instructor at Central Rock Gym in Framingham: provide private and group climbing instruction, manage private session bookings via CRG’s Rock Gym Pro, coordinate class schedules, promote offerings through CRG’s website, social media, and in-gym outreach, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment. Responsibilities include planning tailored private sessions, maintaining a safe and organized gym space, and collaborating with management to grow participation. Must have 3+ years of climbing experience with teaching/coaching, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently; CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years climbing experience with some prior teaching or coaching experience

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
