Mass Postings - Climbing Instructor

Climbing Instructor needed to cultivate a fun, inclusive environment for climbers of all levels at Central Rock Gym in Fort Myers. Duties include delivering private and/or group climbing sessions, coordinating class schedules, managing bookings via Rock Gym Pro, promoting CRG offerings through the website, social media, and in-gym outreach, and maintaining a clean, safe space before and after each class. Must be flexible for evenings/weekends, with a focus on building a client base, fostering an inclusive atmosphere, and helping participants achieve their goals through engaging instruction and excellent service.
