Mass Postings - Climbing Instructor

As a Climbing Instructor, plan and deliver engaging private climbing sessions and/or group instruction for climbers of all levels at Central Rock Gym locations in Glastonbury and West Hartford. Responsibilities include coordinating class schedules with management, managing bookings through Rock Gym Pro, promoting offerings via CRG’s website and in-gym outreach, fostering an inclusive, positive community atmosphere, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires 3+ years of climbing experience with coaching, strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of modern climbing instruction methods, ability to work independently and build a client base, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.
