Mass Postings - Climbing Instructor

As a Climbing Instructor, provide private and group instruction to climbers of all levels, plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to participant goals, manage private session bookings via Rock Gym Pro, coordinate schedules with management, promote offerings on CRG’s website and social channels, and foster an inclusive, community-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Responsibilities include scheduling logistics, client engagement to grow participation, and performing additional duties as assigned. Must have strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of modern climbing instruction methods, and the ability to work independently; CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.
