Job Summary
Climbing Instructor responsible for delivering private and/or group climbing sessions, coordinating class schedules, managing bookings via Rock Gym Pro, and promoting CRG offerings while fostering an inclusive, community-oriented gym atmosphere. Role requires 3+ years of climbing experience with teaching/coaching background, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work independently, and familiarity with modern climbing instruction methods; CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred but not required. Location is Worcester, MA with in-person duties and flexible evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of climbing experience
- prior teaching or coaching experience
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and take initiative in building a client base
- knowledge of modern climbing instruction methods and techniques
