Mass Postings - Climbing Instructor

As a Climbing Instructor, you’ll plan and deliver engaging private climbing sessions and group classes for climbers of all levels at Central Rock Gym in Cambridge, MA. You will coordinate class schedules, manage bookings through Rock Gym Pro, collaborate with management to promote offerings on CRG’s website and social channels, and foster an inclusive, positive gym community. The role emphasizes helping members achieve personal climbing goals, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and performing additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements include flexible availability (evenings/weekends), 3+ years of climbing experience with teaching/coaching, strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of modern climbing instruction methods, the ability to work independently to build a client base, and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.
