Mass Posting - Setter Support

The Setter Support role assists with the preparation and cleanup of route setting zones. They strip walls, clean holds, organize materials, and maintain safe and efficient work areas. This position plays a key role in supporting the route setting team's daily operations. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining safe work exclusion zones; following CRG safety protocols; stripping assigned routes and boulders; cleaning holds, organizing hardware, and maintaining tidy setting zones; sorting and storing bolts, screws, and start tags; assisting with wall preparation and teardown as directed. Requirements include a flexible schedule with early morning and evening availability; detail-oriented with a strong work ethic; friendly, approachable, and energetic personality; comfortable on ladders (up to 14 ft) and ropes (40+ ft); and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The role is based at CRG locations in New York, NY and Riverside, CA, and is described as an hourly, part-time opportunity suitable for candidates interested in pipeline opportunities for upcoming openings.
