Job Summary
The Setter Support role assists with the preparation and cleanup of route setting zones. They strip walls, clean holds, organize materials, and maintain safe and efficient work areas. This position plays a key role in supporting the route setting team’s daily operations. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining safe work exclusion zones, following CRG safety protocols, stripping assigned routes and boulders, cleaning holds and organizing hardware, sorting and storing bolts and start tags, assisting with wall preparation and teardown as directed. Requires flexibility with early mornings/evenings, a detail-oriented work ethic, a friendly and energetic demeanor, comfort with ladders/ropes, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
