Job Summary
The Setter Support role assists with the preparation and cleanup of route setting zones. They strip walls, clean holds, organize materials, and maintain safe and efficient work areas. This position plays a key role in supporting the route setting team’s daily operations. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining safe work exclusion zones, following all CRG safety protocols, stripping assigned routes and boulders, cleaning holds and organizing hardware, sorting and storing bolts and screws, assisting with wall preparation and teardown as directed. Ideal candidates are flexible with early morning and evening availability, detail-oriented, have a friendly and energetic demeanor, are comfortable working at height, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Comfortable on ladders (up to 14 ft) and ropes (40+ ft)
