Mass Posting - Setter Support

Setter Support role assisting with the preparation and cleanup of route setting zones, including stripping walls, cleaning holds, organizing materials, and maintaining safe, efficient work areas. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining safe work exclusion zones, following safety protocols, stripping routes and boulders, cleaning holds and hardware, sorting bolts/screws/start tags, and assisting with wall preparation and teardown as directed. Requires a flexible schedule with early morning and evening availability; detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; friendly, approachable, and energetic personality; comfortable on ladders (up to 14 ft) and ropes (40+ ft); able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Reports to Head Route Setter at Central Rock Gym in Buffalo, NY.
