Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations across facility(s) to ensure consistent, high-quality member and guest experience. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, membership, and profitability goals while managing review budgets and analyzing trends. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing staff through coaching and training, ensuring compliance with all safety, training, and operational policies. Partner with Regional Managers to track KPIs including membership sales, retention, and local marketing performance, serving as the communication bridge between senior management and local teams. Assist in the implementation of new programs, systems, or services initiated by corporate leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience
