Mass Posting - Forerunner

The Forerunner works directly with the Head Route Setter to test and provide feedback on newly set routes and boulders. They evaluate the quality, flow, and safety of climbs and help ensure the gym delivers a well-balanced and inclusive climbing experience. Responsibilities include forerunning assigned routes and boulders weekly, providing detailed feedback on difficulty, quality, and risk assessment, communicating observations and suggestions to the Head Setter, and adhering to all safety protocols of the setting team. Refrain from using power tools unless trained and approved.
