Mass Posting - Event Staff

As Event Staff at Central Rock Gym, you will foster a fun and welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring smooth operation of gym events. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, facilitating instruction and orientations during events (including teaching rock climbing basics), developing proficiency in top rope belaying, processing registrations and waivers, issuing climbing gear, assisting with post-event cleanup, and performing other duties as required. The role requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekends, strong communication skills, comfort working with children and large groups, and the ability to work safely at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
