Mass Posting - Assistant Manager

Assist in managing day-to-day operations at Central Rock Gym locations, including staffing, payroll, programs, events, route setting, retail/inventory, and facility maintenance; lead by example to create a positive, inclusive environment and deliver outstanding customer service; coordinate with corporate staff on operational improvements and marketing strategies; ensure staff training, safety, and knowledge of climbing industry trends; plan and execute location and brand events (competitions, member nights, special events); maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment quality, and safety; flexible work schedule including early mornings, nights, and holidays; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus with CWI/AMGA or similar certifications highly desired; experience with Google Suite preferred.
