Job Summary
Lead the formulation and execution of strategies to grow the number of companies using Rakuten Super DEAL. Responsibilities include classifying companies by product lines, assigning owners for each group, and promoting service usage through EC consultants or direct engagement with companies. Identify issues within assigned groups, plan and implement initiatives to increase participation and visits, coordinate with internal departments to allocate resources, and provide post-initiative feedback on effectiveness. For leadership-track candidates, manage team members and shape strategies for the organization under your jurisdiction. Requirements emphasize entrepreneurship, strategic planning, sales/marketing experience in EC, project/management experience, SQL, data creation/management, hypothesis testing, and a global business mindset. Location based in Tokyo, Japan.
