Job Summary
Formulate and execute strategies to increase the number of companies using the Super DEAL service by classifying partners, assigning representatives, and promoting usage through dedicated EC consultants or direct outreach. Identify specific challenges within assigned company groups, design initiatives to remove growth bottlenecks, and coordinate internal resources to implement plans. Provide feedback on service usage effects to stakeholders and connect results to continuous participation. Manage team members and organizational strategy for leadership roles within the Ichiba Merchant Group.

- Experience in hypothesis testing
- EC business experience
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
