Mass Grading - GPS Dozer Operator

Job Summary
Experienced GPS Dozer Operator needed to set up and operate production equipment to grade surfaces per plans and GPS controls. Responsibilities include operating a bulldozer in passes over construction surfaces, adjusting machine settings to specifications, interpreting digging plans, leading safety efforts, communicating with team/clients/vendors, adapting to varying site goals, and attending training at the HGC Academy. Must read plans, understand GPS system, be able to work 7AM-5:30PM (plus Saturdays as needed), pass pre-employment drug/background checks, be 18+, and physically capable of handling heavy material and outdoor work. Company provides comprehensive benefits and ESOP; work sites within a 65-mile radius of Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Must Pass a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess the Basic understanding of GPS system with the ability to set up and operate the system in conjunction with the Dozer
- Must have Knowledge of reading and understanding plans
- Must be willing to work Monday through Friday 7AM-5:30PM, or other schedule as may be assigned by the foreman or superintendent
- Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs on a regular basis
