Masonry Field Manager

Job Summary
Lead masonry projects on residential sites, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution of masonry work (including in-ground pools) while managing crews, maintaining safety as per OSHA standards, coordinating with clients and project managers, monitoring budgets and schedules, and driving continuous improvement in workmanship and practices. Coordinate procurement, equipment, and materials, ensure quality workmanship, and foster a safety-first culture across a nationwide network of locations. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with trades, and development of team members, with opportunities to pursue certifications and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certification or masonry apprenticeship preferred
- Relevant college coursework in construction management or related field a plus
- 5+ years of hands-on masonry experience, including supervision
- Proven leadership skills managing crews and projects
- Experience working with masonry around pools and residential masonry projects
- Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and safety standards
- Knowledge of project management principles and scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and utilize Aspire software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
