Job Summary
Conduct repointing and repair of aging masonry systems using lime-based mortars and specialty restoration materials on historic stone structures. Lead hands-on craftsmanship for federal, military, and preservation projects across diverse outdoor environments. Perform duties requiring comfort at heights and the ability to lift 50+ pounds while maintaining a reliable work ethic. Complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks, obtaining Federal/DoD clearance where specific projects require it. Earn $20-$45/hr with performance-based pay increases, uncapped overtime, and quarterly bonuses for attendance and travel. Receive paid in-house and OSHA safety training, with health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits after 90 days.
