Job Summary
Plan and execute all aspects of high-volume masonry construction while pre-qualifying material deliveries on site. Hire, train, and manage personnel assigned to the crew, leading on-the-job training efforts for field employees. Build positive relationships with onsite customers and oversee job site quality control and productivity. Manage safety records, enforce safety regulations, and conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings. Track labor and identify manpower needs to ensure work completion. Requires a track record in commercial construction, blueprint interpretation skills, and strong organizational abilities. - Knowledge of blueprint interpretation
