Execute planned road maintenance and snow removal tasks across Midt-Troms and Indre Troms contracts, including resetting, asphalt inspection, and gravel deck checks. Operate as the company's outward-facing representative to customers and subcontractors while participating in on-call rosters and emergency response. Contribute to work process planning and weekly scheduling through the "Involverende Planlegging" method, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Manage daily equipment maintenance, perform practical repairs and upkeep in collaboration with maskinfører, and report deviations while conducting safety analyses and maintaining documentation.
