Job Summary

Masker role in Aerospace on-night shift: read blueprints to determine masking and prep work, apply masking materials to protect surfaces, use precision cutting tools (X-acto-style blades) and measuring devices, clean and prep surfaces, ensure masking is correct per drawings, and verify cleanliness of parts before coating. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, on-site in a manufacturing shop with PPE and safety procedures. Position is safety-sensitive with training periods on the shop floor and potential for subsequent shift adjustments. Requires high school diploma or GED; preferred experience in precision masking or similar; strong manual dexterity and color-vision acuity; ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate small cutting tools.
