Job Summary
Conduct smaller repair work, perform post-processing of individual workpieces, and operate simple machines. Execute tasks with manual dexterity and high motivation, utilizing prior experience as a machine operator. Work full-time between 35 and 40 hours weekly from Monday through Friday in early shifts. Enjoy above-collective agreement pay including industry supplements, holiday pay, Christmas bonus, and a 350€ welcome premium after 12 weeks. Receive free work clothing and access to long-term takeover by the client company, with opportunities for further training and qualification under personal team support.
