Operate production machines and perform necessary setup or changeover tasks while conducting visual monitoring of material flow. Execute routine inspections according to operational regulations, rectify mechanical malfunctions, and perform visual quality checks on finished goods with corresponding documentation. Record production run time, yield, and material consumption in work papers and handle packaging activities. Requires a completed machine and plant operator training or equivalent experience, flexibility for shift work, and the ability to learn multiple machines. Full-time employment available immediately at the Bersenbrück location.
