Greet guests and guide vehicles through the car wash tunnel; load and prep vehicles safely, perform safety checks, and adjust car wash equipment as needed. Operate and maintain tunnel equipment, identify what to wash and what not to wash, and handle tunnel incidents. Conduct nightly close-down tasks, complete daily shift reports, and maintain a clean, organized facility. Train new team members on approved modules; promote memberships and communicate vehicle information to teammates. Engage customers using the 4 Steps of Service, resolve conflicts per LEAP process, and work in all weather while lifting up to 50 lbs. Eligible for cash and digital tips. This role requires being on-site, with a focus on safety, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
