Responsibilities include guiding vehicles through the tunnel, explaining memberships, promoting service packages, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and participating in mandatory trainings and meetings. The position demands ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and provide excellent customer service with the four steps of service and LEAP conflict resolution where applicable. The role is part-time with tipping opportunities.
