Job Summary
Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, diagnostics, installations, and inspections while delivering an exceptional customer experience and educating homeowners on repair options. Maintain accurate documentation using flat-rate pricing, keep a clean vehicle, and participate in training, ride-alongs, and coaching. Mentor fellow technicians, help establish division processes and best practices, and work alongside leadership to grow the Plumbing Department. Requires an active Maryland Master Plumbing License, valid driver's license, and experience in residential plumbing. Full-time role with performance bonuses, spiffs, commissions, and review rewards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland Master Plumbing License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Residential plumbing service experience
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Leadership mindset with the desire to mentor others
- Ability to work independently while supporting the overall team
- Ability to lift equipment and materials safely
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, basements, and outdoors
- Ability to safely operate ladders and power tools
