Marvin's Meridian - Yard Associate

Greet customers and contractors, operate forklifts and pallet jacks to stock the yard and warehouse, and assist drivers in delivering merchandise to homeowners and job sites. Load materials into customer or company vehicles by validating quantity against the point-of-sale system, unload incoming freight without damaging goods or equipment, and accurately build loads for delivery. Identify product shortages, maintain yard cleanliness, and prepare inventory with proper banding and tarps to protect against loss. Follow all safety guidelines, attend safety meetings, and assist cashiers or contractors as requested. This hourly role requires forklift certification, public interaction skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
