Job Summary
Greet customers as they enter and exit the store, process all sales transactions including credit, cash, and checks, and handle returns or exchanges. Verify merchandise quantities and prices, answer incoming phone calls, and direct customers to items while assisting team members. Manage cash controls by counting tenders, preparing deposits, and organizing drawers for the following day. File due tickets, rain checks, and daily reports, ensuring all paperwork is stored efficiently. Maintain store cleanliness, stock overhead areas, and protect company assets. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
