Job Summary
The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client-focused training, including new hire training, product updates, and recursive training. Key responsibilities include monitoring student progress, providing coaching, preparing and presenting training materials, and maintaining product knowledge. The role requires effective presentation skills, the ability to utilize various training delivery modalities, and measuring training effectiveness through feedback methods. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree along with two to four years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail
