Job Summary
Martech Product Owner Associate in the CIB Marketing Platform portfolio owns the Marketing Platform roadmap and book of work, serves as Product Owner for Marketing Automation when needed, drives initiatives from proof of concept to pilot to rollout with defined gates, leads vendor evaluations and onboarding, coordinates integrations and change management, aligns stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Legal, and Controls, tracks KPIs and product metrics, and delivers executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in product ownership, product management, or Martech delivery in enterprise/B2B settings
- Hands-on agile execution (Scrum or Kanban) with strong story writing and backlog management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable making data-driven trade-offs and setting measurable success criteria
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to senior audiences
- Effective partnership with Risk, Legal, InfoSec, and Controls
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools; disciplined documentation
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
