Job Summary
MarTech Identity Expert Lead at USAA focusing on marketing technology transformation (CDP/CRM) to identify and engage potential USAA members and product/service opportunities. Leads discovery, delivery, and performance of digital/tech products across multiple stakeholders, designs and drives multi-platform solutions, and optimizes product experiences against KPIs/KRIs. Applies User Centered Design and Design Thinking, develops product strategy and roadmaps, justifies investments with business cases, and guides teams from idea through market validation. Requires strong digital/technology product management experience, enterprise-level collaboration, and experience with Salesforce Data360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and integration of third-party data into CDP/CRM. Remote eligibility within the continental US with on-site requirement for near USAA offices; hybrid work model. Salary range $143,320–$273,930 with no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years related experience may substitute for degree
- 8 years Digital/Technology Product Management experience or 6 years with Advanced degree
- Knowledge of Technology/Digital products
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years Digital/Technology Product Management experience
- Experience with Salesforce Data360 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing 3rd party data sources and their integration into CDP/CRM
- Experience in SAFE (Agile) environments
- Snowflake experience
