Job Summary
Develop and execute the global marketing technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and strategy. Own the evaluation, implementation, integration, governance, and optimization of the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and analytics platforms. Lead the organization's AI strategy by identifying and deploying AI-powered tools that improve efficiency, personalization, content creation, and campaign execution. Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, Sales Operations, Legal, Security, and Procurement to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant. Establish governance frameworks for AI usage, prompt management, data privacy, and responsible adoption. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual processes while managing relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Systems
- Strong experience managing enterprise marketing technology platforms including CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics, CDPs, and digital experience platforms
- Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling AI solutions within marketing organisations
- Strong understanding of API integrations, workflow automation, data governance, and marketing analytics
- Experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of responsible AI governance, data privacy regulations, and information security best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Up to 10% travel
