Job Summary
Perform general labor functions for cranberry marshes, including planting, cultivating, irrigation, and harvesting. Execute daily farming operations under oversight from the Marsh Manager or Foreman, maintaining effective irrigation and frost watch protocols. Operate and perform daily maintenance on farming equipment, while assisting colleagues and reporting problems or successes promptly. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures throughout ranch facility upkeep. This seasonal role requires a minimum of one year in farming and equipment operation, with nights and weekends as needed. A valid driver's license and commercial carrier insurability are mandatory, with a Qualified Applicators License preferred. Located in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, this position offers competitive compensation and incentive programs.
Required Qualifications
