Job Summary

Collaborate daily with the team to gain practical insurance and brokerage knowledge, supporting brokers in comparing coverage terms and preparing reports and proposals. Generate client presentations and materials, while registering policies in internal systems and preparing translations. Produce reports and benchmarks, and participate in training sessions focused on corporate and strategic segments for civil liability and property insurance. Work 40 hours weekly in a hybrid model with an anchor day in Warsaw.

Required Qualifications

Student of the last few years or graduate in Law, or potentially in Economics or Finance with a strong interest in civil liability
Very good command of the Polish language
English language at minimum B2 level
40 hours per week availability
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
Entrepreneurship and creativity
Ability to effectively organize work time
Analytical skills and attention to detail during task execution
Willingness to share ideas and energy with others, with team work and challenges motivating action
Ability to justify a career in insurance/brokerage profession
Ability to work onsite at least three days per week
Ability to collaborate with the full team in person on at least one anchor day per week
