Job Summary
Marksmanship Coach for the NJROTC program at Washington High School (Missouri). Responsible for forming teams, providing high-level training and competitions, organizing and leading practices, communicating results to the Naval Science Instructor, maintaining equipment, supervising students at practice and competitions, and supporting safe, productive program operations. Requires teaching-certification exposure or eligibility, coaching and marksmanship experience, First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule aligns with the academic calendar (183 days) as a stipend position.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Missouri Teacher’s certificate or eligibility for Missouri Teacher’s certification preferred but not required
- Experience with coaching preferred
- Experience with marksmanship
- Certification in First Aid and CPR or willingness to become certified
- Valid driver’s license
