Job Summary
Sales Associate at Kitchen Stuff Plus responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, handling cash transactions, replenishment, store maintenance, and safety within a retail environment. Build rapport with customers, maintain knowledge of product selection and in-store promotions, and collaborate with team members to achieve store goals. Prepare merchandise for shipping/receiving and adhere to health and safety policies while supporting both in-store and online experiences. Flexible scheduling including extended days, evenings, and weekends, with emphasis on creating a welcoming, helpful atmosphere for shoppers.
Required Qualifications
- Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with ease
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Ladder use up to 10 feet
- Stand/walk for 8 hours
- Flexibility in scheduling including extended days, evenings and weekends
- Work additional shifts during peak holiday season
