Job Summary
Markets Sales - Business Manager (Singapore Franchise) – Vice President is a senior-level role in the Singapore Markets Sales Business Management team. You will support franchise heads across financials, client opportunities, strategic execution, and risk/control agendas while partnering with Sales, Trading, and support functions to drive revenue growth and franchise priorities. Responsibilities include revenue tracking and expense discipline, driving strategic initiatives across Macro/Credit/Securitized Products/Equities, conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, competitive benchmarking, implementing regulatory initiatives, strengthening the control environment, mitigating business risks with stakeholders, resolving day-to-day sales/client issues (e.g., KYC, Operations, Legal, Technology), and collaborating on cross-LOB and cross-location projects within APAC. Required capabilities include strong problem solving, superior written and verbal communication, analytical skills and sound judgment, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, an ownership mindset, and strong collaboration with local/global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Economics, Finance or equivalent degree
- 7+ years of experience in a Finance & Business Management, COO, strategy, or related business management role within financial services
- Knowledge of Markets products and/or Securities Services offerings and operating model
- Experience partnering with control and support functions (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology) to deliver outcomes
