Job Summary
Vice President, Markets Operational Resilience leads end-to-end resiliency programs across Markets; coordinates governance, scenario testing, and remediation; partners with the Firmwide Resiliency Office and related teams to plan and execute simulations and testing; documents playbooks, supports essential services testing, and ensures closure of vulnerabilities; analyzes data to identify risks and drive remediation; communicates progress and risks to senior stakeholders and drives cross-functional alignment to strengthen resiliency and regulatory compliance across the Markets organization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong product knowledge and experience within Markets Operations or business management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple objectives and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Clear and effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
- Experience with governance routines, risk assessment, and regulatory expectations.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering concise reports, dashboards, and senior-level presentations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions and regions.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement and control discipline.
- Familiarity with scenario testing, contingency planning, and operational recovery processes.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive action to closure.
