Job Summary
Markets LRCM Associate will map regulatory obligations to policies and procedures across Markets (Sales, Trading, Research), develop reference data (e.g., matrices by product and country), compile gap analyses, respond to QA/audit items, and support regulatory change activities; collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance and business partners to ensure consistent interpretation of obligations; reports to the global Markets LRCM Support lead based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business controls, operational risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit or similar function with coverage of Markets Sales / Trading businesses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English level
- Good project management skills and ability to instill structure, process and accountability
