Job Summary
Markets Compliance Associate/Vice President in Paris responsible for providing regulatory guidance on live interpretations, contributing to regulatory change management, delivering training, developing and communicating policies, participating in monitoring, testing, and risk assessments, and preparing materials for regulatory inquiries and exams. Requires familiarity with Markets structures and products, knowledge of MiFID/MAR, independent work capability, strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and the ability to translate complex regulatory issues for diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Markets structures and products
- Knowledge of key financial services regulation applicable to Markets (e.g. MiFID, MAR) and recently regulatory developments
- Able to work independently and escalate issues as needed
- "Can do" attitude with willingness to help others in the team and external to the team
- High level of attention to detail and focus on quality
- Being proactive, able to think critically and ask appropriate questions
