Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day delivery of PwC New Zealand’s Client Listening Programme, including senior client interviews, surveys and relationship reviews, translating qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights and reports for senior stakeholders; collaborate across internal teams and external partners to embed client insights into strategic decision-making and client experience initiatives; ensure data integrity in Salesforce; manage multiple workstreams and deliver insights that drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in market research, client insights, or customer/client experience
- Behavioural research background preferable
- Strong qualitative interviewing skills with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights
- Proven ability to present findings to senior leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and data/report delivery tools
