Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily operations for Dividends, Coupons, and Corporate Actions across multiple markets and securities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Serve as the primary escalation contact, investigate and resolve complex event-related queries. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to junior team members. Manage high‐volume workflows and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines. Ensure regulatory reporting and daily controls are completed accurately and on time. Produce and analyze operational metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Proactively identify and escalate issues, collaborating with team members to resolve challenges. Support cash and stock break management, investigate and resolve discrepancies. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in projects driven by industry mandates, process enhancements, or client requirements. Maintain up-to-date awareness of risk policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to escalation protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Three years of experience in asset servicing or securities operations, with expertise in corporate actions and income processing
- Series 99 license required, or willingness to obtain on the job within 180 days
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
