Job Summary
Markets Asset Servicing Broker Dealer in the EMEA team leads end-to-end corporate actions and income processing across international markets. Collaborates with trading desks, middle office, finance, and clients to deliver benchmark asset servicing solutions with accuracy and strong risk control, while driving process improvements and providing opportunities to expand product expertise. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end notification and processing of all corporate action events in the EMEA region, investigating breaks, liaising with counterparties, assisting during peak periods, ensuring timely discretionary instructions to custodians, supervising project work to improve efficiency and reduce risk, producing daily management reporting and reconciliations, resolving complex issues and client inquiries, maintaining risk awareness, and collaborating with senior management, technology, middle offices, finance, product control, OCM, audit, front office, and clients to deliver global service.
Required Qualifications
- Asset servicing experience within an operations environment
- Knowledge of the transaction and trade lifecycle
- Proven experience in large-scale project management within financial services
- Demonstrated risk awareness and operational control experience
- Adaptability to learn processes quickly and efficiently
- Experience in process improvement, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and procedural changes
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Proven accuracy in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Flexible, proactive attitude and ability to adapt to business needs
