Job Summary
Lead Amazon organic optimization strategy to elevate brand visibility and performance for beauty, wellness, and CPG across the digital shelf. Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized listing copy aligned with brand voice and performance insights; analyze search behavior, competitive activity, and organic performance to identify growth opportunities and algorithm-driven improvements. Leverage Generative AI tools to scale content creation, audits, keyword strategy, and reporting, while building standardized, efficient workflows for the team. Partner cross-functionally as a thought leader on marketplace optimization and AI-driven process innovation, ensuring alignment with broader eCommerce goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Amazon strategy, SEO, or eCommerce strategy
- Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, including keyword hierarchy, CTR and conversion levers, and competitive intelligence
- Proficiency with Seller Central and analytics platforms such as Helium10, DataDive, or similar tools
- Experience mentoring or managing direct reports, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style
