Job Summary
Marketplace & Operations Specialist responsible for optimizing marketplace operations in dropship and fulfillment modes, monitoring KPIs across marketplaces, managing active product quantities to maximize asset utilization, coordinating with Demand Planning, Logistics and Partners to ensure stock availability and rotation, supporting PIM information quality, ensuring correct product distribution across client multimarketplace channels, and maintaining the eRetail catalog including refreshing products and phasing out inactive items. Requires at least 3 years in a similar role, advanced English (C1/C2), experience with IA tools and catalog-management platforms (Excel, Lengow, Chnnable), and a proactive, positive attitude. Familiarity with dashboards, automation, and new AI tools is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced English (C1/C2)
- Experience with IA/tools and productivity platforms
- Proficient in Excel and catalog management tools (Lengow, Chnnable)
- Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Ability to create and manage marketplacces catalogs and stock workflow
- Proactive, positive energy and team-oriented attitude
