Job Summary

Own the US Marketplace commercial outcome across all three revenue channels: direct fulfilment margin, third-party supplier clip revenue, and platform SaaS ARR. Lead enterprise customer acquisition and account expansion, anchor enterprise accounts, and close new zero-click customers in safety, PPE, and compliance consumables, supported by an active pipeline. Oversee a major national distribution partnership through its three-phase pilot, migrate legacy customers to the new system, and manage the US supplier base with strong supplier relationships. Represent the US Marketplace at leadership level, align commercial priorities with the Australia team, and help build a US model that can be replicated in other markets. About you: proven B2B commercial track record with pipeline and complex enterprise deals, experience in distribution/logistics partnerships at scale, P&L ownership, SaaS/platform knowledge, and supplier negotiations, plus AI-enabled sales and operational optimization.
