Marketplace Analyst

Act as the primary contact for marketplace sellers, ensuring positive experiences and strengthening partnerships while driving seller success initiatives to expand portfolio and performance. Monitor operational, financial, and service indicators to identify improvements, guaranteeing financial flows through repays, reconciliations, and divergence management. Manage returns, warranties, and post-sales processes, mapping and optimizing workflows to reduce costs and eliminate bottlenecks. Collaborate with Product, Technology, Support, Commercial, and Finance teams to implement improvements, analyze operational issues, and structure KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making. Lead tests, pilots, and process validations to identify automation opportunities, acting as the interface between sellers, workshops, and internal teams to support policy creation.
